The Aquatic Solutions therapeutic pool is available for in- and out-patient Physical Therapy with expertise in aquatic, orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation.

Aquatic therapy is proven to be beneficial in treating musculoskeletal conditions, arthritis and fibromyalgia, orthopaedic conditions, neurological conditions, sports injuries and chronic pain.

New! Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Classes

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Classes will be offered at the ATS Aquatic Therapy Pool in Apple Valley. Developed specifically for people with arthritis, these water exercise classes have been documented to reduce arthritis pain and stiffness while keeping joints flexible and muscles strong.

Conducted in a heated pool, the water provides gentle resistance to build muscle strength and supports joints to encourage free movement.

The classes are taught by Arthritis Foundation-certified instructors, each of whom have completed in-depth training on arthritis and the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program. During the classes, participants will go through a series of gentle movements and activities while standing. The ability to swim is not required.

Classes are held Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:00-4:45pm, or Monday and Wednesday from 12:30-1:15pm. Cost is $75 for an 8 week course.
